The ancient practice of Yoga lives on in us. We pay tribute to the great sages and seers with every breath, with each asana, our hands in anjali mudra, yejamahe (I worship you). Through our practice we connect to their essence, for we are made of stardust, we return to the cosmic void, and from there we return. We are Prakrti and Purusha, Shiva and Shakti, consciousness empowered, awareness manifest by the great Devi, we are stardust.
